Born in Essex, I currently reside in Bromley, Kent (UK) where I live with my wife, two sons and a King Charles Spaniel called Pickle. We are also lucky enough to be expecting our third child in February 2017. After attaining a degree in Ancient History from Kent University in 2000, I held various jobs before joining the Home Office later the same year.
Currently I am a senior manager, heading up a learning and development team by day and writer by breakfast, lunch, night an any other time I can spare!
Officially I am also the Lord of Tattingstone – a square metre of grass in a muddy field north of England.
I began writing seriously seven years ago and have published my four novels so far. “Ritual of the Stones” is the first book in a planned four-part series entitled, “The Ballad of Frindoth” of which I am currently in the process of writing the final book.
Other interests include: football/soccer (I am a keen Crystal Palace fan and season ticket holder), playing squash and collecting navel fluff. I am also somewhat of a liar as the last interest was clear made up – navel fluff: who does that really?
